We tried to book 2 adults and 1 seat for an infant via hipmunk search. Hipmunk transmitted the information to another site travelmerry.com. However after getting a price for 3 seats and booking, no seat confirmation was provided. It was only less than a week before our international flight that I found out only 2 seats were booked even though 3 seats were paid for. The issue was loss of booking information between hipmunk and travelmerry.com. Multiple emails and phone calls over many days from travelmerry.com assisted us with booking a 3rd seat. However hipmunk absolutely ignored our emails and have no telephone customer service capabilities. Their customer service is below 1 star and the upper management is also very dismissive and quick to blame the customer. I will use orbitz or kayak in the future now. No thank you hipmunk
