Prices on one page mean nothing on the next

I pick certain travel dates based on the prices on the calendar views and then I finally see the actual ticket prices and they are 2-3X the price shown on the calendar. This used to be my "go to" airline ticket app but now seems to not work. They say "subject to change" but thats waaaaay off.
